By accessing and using the JESUSACARS platform (“the Service”), operated by JES Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Auction Participation
Users must register an account and provide accurate information to participate in auctions. Placing a bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase the vehicle at the winning bid amount.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Winning bidders are responsible for completing payment within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bidding privileges.
4. Vehicle Condition
Vehicles are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated. Buyers are encouraged to review inspection reports and utilize our inspection services before placing bids.
5. Fees
We charge a buyer's premium on all winning bids. The premium percentage is disclosed during the bidding process. No hidden fees.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on vehicle location and delivery destination. We partner with trusted logistics providers for worldwide delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
JES Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
